My Passion

My fitness Journey really started as teenager who had a love of sports especially soft ball.  Also I remember playing two hand touch football with guys in the neighborhood. Physical fitness has always been a passion of mine.  I even remember teaching a step class at a local gym back in the day when you didn’t need a certification.  My love for running came after I started a family and quickly grew to competing in 5k’s and eventually training for two Philadelphia marathons in 2004 and 2005.  It wasn’t uncommon for me to leave my house for a a 6-9 mile run 3/4 times a week but that quickly ended in 2012 when I had got injured at work and then would develop back, neck, and hip pain that would keep me from running or any type of jumping per my Doctor’s words.  The only fitness I would be able to to do would be weights, bicycling, treadmill, elliptical and stair master all low impact.  That’s when my love for weight lifting came into my life and grew to be a passion of mine.

My passion grew so much that I would compete in my first figure competition in 2016 and loved the sport!!  The end of 2018 I decided to take it further and start studying for my personal trainer with the prestigious, NASM.  I became a personal trainer with NASM in April 2019.  So I’m telling you all this as I’m about to pivot and follow my passion in health, wellness and fitness.  I want to follow my dreams and

passion for what I’m truly meant to do and that is start an online business as a personal trainer.  The process will be a tedious one but I have the drive and compassion to help people reach their health and fitness goals!  Along with this I will transition into a new business venture where I will help people with their health, fitness and wellness.

So I have decided to build a brand where I can be passionate and authentic and share value regarding health, fitness and wellness.  You only have one life and you don’t want regrets looking back.  So follow your dreams and passions even if you fail!  Get back up and try again!   You see this only makes you a stronger person ! 

I am a personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise.  My goal is “your goal” in improving your appearance through personalized cardio and strength training utilizing bands and weights.  My ultimate goal is to improve your overall general health and nutrition thus improving your quality of life.
