✨Plan your entire week📆 when your alert and energized🤸🏻‍♀️  

 

✨Right after a good workout is great time to do that as you’ll be amped up and motivated.

 

✨Remember you want to push yourself and grow stronger, so don’t plan easy workouts.

 

✨Challenge yourself! 

 

✨Planning the entire week allows you to make sure your exercise routine is balanced and well rounded, that your not over working one body part and neglecting others or getting too much cardio🚴🏻‍♀️and not enough strength🏋️‍♀️training. 

 

✨When you make a schedule for the entire week you can really make sure you’re covering all your bases.

 

✨If it helps, think of your plan as inspirational. 

 

✨Stick to it as much as possible but allow yourself the possibility of ups and downs. 

 

✨The important thing is that you get your exercise in most days.  

 

✨If that means changing to an earlier class or shifting things around a bit.

 

✨Working out first thing in the am☀️ is the best strategy for success.  As the day goes on, we all get more tired.  If you workout in the morning it will set the tone for the rest of day and encourage you to make better food choices.

 

✨If you exercise🤾🏻‍♀️everyday, you’ll need a lot of workout clothes.  Making sure you have clean clothes is part of your exercise planning.

 

✨Make sure you have your gym bag🎒packed.  You”re more likely to go to the gym if you have everything you need with you.

 

✨Lastly and an important one is make sure you sleep.  💤Sleep is important for recovery.
